Meet Your Spirit Guide is a self-guided creative experience designed to help you quiet the mind, strengthen trust in your intuition, and explore the symbols and guidance that arise within. In this 3-hour creative experience, you will be guided through meditation, intuitive art, journaling, and reflection as you explore the imagery, colors, symbols, and messages that want to come forward. No art experience is needed. This is not about creating a perfect piece of art. It is about listening inward, allowing your expression to emerge, and creating from a place of curiosity and self-trust.
