Take a break from the ordinary and enter a creative space where you can breathe deeply, listen to your intuition, and connect with the wisdom already living inside you.
Meet Your Guide is a three-hour guided art experience that combines meditation, intuitive painting, personal reflection, and meaningful connection.
We begin with a guided inner journey designed to help you meet a symbolic guide who might appear as an animal, spiritual presence, archetype, inner child, or another form that feels uniquely meaningful to you.
You don’t need any painting experience. This process isn’t about creating a perfect picture—it’s about following color, feeling, curiosity, and intuition.
I’ll invite you to release expectations, trust what emerges on the canvas, and allow your artwork to become a visual expression of YOU.
Come on your own, or invite a few friends and make it a meaningful creative gathering. Meet Your Guide is especially fun to experience with women you love—creating side by side, sharing what emerges, and witnessing each other’s unique journeys.
Your in-person experience includes my heart-centered facilitation, a beautifully designed guidebook, all art supplies, guided meditation, painting time, reflection, and supportive sharing within a fun, friendly, and creative space.
A minimum of 5 participants required for an in person session with all attendees choosing the same guide.

A Virtual Art Experience
Create a peaceful space in your own home and join a live, three-hour creative journey designed to help you connect with your intuition, imagination, and inner wisdom.
Meet Your Guide combines guided meditation, intuitive painting, personal reflection, and meaningful connection in an engaging virtual experience. You’ll be led through an inner journey where a symbolic guide might appear as an animal, spiritual presence, archetype, inner child, or another meaningful form created through your own inner landscape and imagination.
No painting experience is needed. You don’t have to know what you’re going to create before you begin. Instead, I’ll invite you to follow color, feeling, curiosity, and the images that arise naturally during the process. Your painting becomes a personal expression of YOU and a reminder of the insight, energy, or encouragement your guide offers.
You can join on your own, but this experience is especially fun and meaningful when shared. Invite a few friends, gather your favorite women, or create your own private virtual art gathering from different cities, states, or even time zones. There’s something powerful about creating side by side, sharing what emerges, and witnessing each other’s unique journeys.
Before we meet, you’ll receive preparation guidance, a supply list, and a beautifully designed digital guidebook. Your live session includes guided meditation, painting time, reflection, and optional sharing within a friendly, supportive virtual space.
