What to expect during a
Return to Bliss Session
During your 60 minute energy healing session, we determine your healing intentions. We discuss the chakra centers in your energy field and how, when blocked or stagnant, they impact your health and well being.
Ki/Chi energy is activated through the palms of my hands for the purpose of healing and well-being over the various energy centers of your body.
You are fully clothed and reclined on a massage table as your body draws the energy to where it needs to go.
You might feel heat or a tingling sensation or just deep relaxation as you lie still.
You will return to a blissful state of being!
